This challenging hiking route will take you to the beautiful Monte San Nicola area. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 11.719 kilometers and an elevation gain of 540 meters, making it a difficult hike that will provide stunning views of the surrounding natural scenery.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area, just 0.15 kilometers from the trailhead. This is a convenient spot to leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike. Continuing along the trail, you will encounter another parking area right at the beginning of the route, making it easy to access the trail.

As you trek further, you will reach Monte Puro, a peak located 4.78 kilometers from the start of the trail. This peak offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the landscape, rewarding you for your efforts. Further along the trail, at a distance of 5.86 kilometers from the beginning, you will reach Monte San Nicola, another magnificent peak that is a highlight of the hike.
