Welcome to the hiking route to Spielbodenalp!

Located in a picturesque area, this route offers a challenging hike with a total distance of 9.217 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1227 meters, making it extremely difficult but rewarding for experienced hikers.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by various points of interest along the trail. At the start, you will find a parking area for your convenience. Continuing on, you will encounter a shelter, a campsite named Rütti, and another shelter for resting.

Around the midway point, you will reach Spielbodenalp, an alpine hut and cafe where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. As you continue, you will come across the stunning Sefinenfall waterfall, adding to the scenic beauty of the hike.

Throughout the trail, you will also find several information points, benches for resting, and picnic sites. Remember to stay hydrated by refilling your water at the drinking water points along the way.

As you approach the end of the route, you will reach the picturesque village of Stechelberg where you can find a restaurant for a well-deserved meal.

Before embarking on this challenging hike, make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and to check the weather forecast. The duration of the hike is approximately 5 hours and 12 minutes, so plan accordingly.
