Located in a picturesque area, the Bräunerweg hiking route offers a pleasant outdoor experience for nature enthusiasts. This easy out-and-back trail spans a distance of 3.32 kilometers with an elevation gain of 194 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.
As you begin your journey, you will come across a Würstelstand, a fast food stall, just 24 meters from the trailhead where you can grab a quick bite before setting off. A parking area is conveniently situated only 8 meters away, providing easy access for those arriving by car.
Further along the trail, at around 1.58 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a bench and a wayside cross, offering a tranquil spot to rest and take in the surroundings. Information points are scattered along the path, providing interesting insights into the local area.
At 1.22 kilometers, a natural peak awaits, though slightly off the trail, it offers stunning panoramic views for those willing to make a short detour. Another peak can be found at 1.66 kilometers, right along the trail, allowing hikers to enjoy the beauty of the area without straying far from the path.
As you make your way back, at approximately 1.18 kilometers from the start, another bench presents a perfect opportunity to relax and reflect on your hike before concluding your outdoor adventure.
