This challenging hiking route will lead you to the stunning peak of Peña del Moro. The route is an out-and-back trail with a total distance of 9.007 kilometers and an elevation gain of 503 meters, taking approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes to complete.

Starting off at the parking area, you will find yourself at the trailhead of this adventure. As you embark on your journey, the first point of interest you'll encounter is a drinking water source just 0.14 kilometers from the start, ensuring you stay hydrated for the trek ahead.

Along the way, at around 0.65 kilometers from the start, you'll come across the entrance to Kobenkoba cave, a fascinating natural wonder worth exploring if you have the time and are willing to pay the fee.

Midway through the trail, approximately 4.5 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the majestic peak of Peña del Moro, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area as a rewarding sight for your efforts.

On the way back, be sure to replenish your water supply at the drinking water point located 0.06 kilometers from the start. If you're in need of a break or a bite to eat, there are pubs like La Pampa, Bar Rosi, and Bar Zubia along the trail to grab some sustenance.
