This hiking route will take you to Cerro Chequén, located in a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 5.494 kilometers and an elevation gain of 74 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail, where you can safely leave your vehicle. Along the way, about 2.75 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the majestic peak of Cerro Chequén. From this vantage point, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area.
If you feel hungry after your hike, there is a Papa John's restaurant located at the beginning of the trail, where you can grab a meal and replenish your energy.
