Hiking : Bágľov kopec

This hiking route is in the Bágľov kopec area and is classified as extremely difficult due to its length of 13.14 kilometers and elevation gain of 891 meters. It is estimated to take around 5 hours and 16 minutes to complete. Before embarking on this challenging hike, be sure to pack plenty of water, snacks, and check the weather forecast.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Blatnica memorial at 0.1 kilometers from the trail. Moving further, at 0.2 kilometers, you will find a water source. Midway through the hike, at 4.34 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Zadná Ostrá information point.

As you continue along the trail, make sure to visit the Sedlo Ostrej information point at 3.93 kilometers from the start and the Ostrá peak at 3.76 kilometers. Additionally, you will come across the Pamätník hrdinov SNP monument at 0.14 kilometers from the start.

Further along the route, at 6.08 kilometers from the start, you will find the Bágľov kopec peak. Make sure to explore the cave entrance at 3.5 kilometers and the Sovietsky veliteľ memorial at 0.19 kilometers from the start.

As you make your way back, take in the stunning views from the various viewpoints along the trail, such as memory Peter Mlynárik at 3.76 kilometers, Lavína-r.2000 at 3.61 kilometers, and others at different distances.
