Welcome to the Gran Laste hiking route! This challenging circular trail spans a distance of 8.949 kilometers with an elevation gain of 706 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.

Starting off at the trailhead, you'll find convenient parking facilities to leave your vehicle before embarking on your journey. As you make your way along the path, about 0.19 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the cozy Chalet Cima Uomo alpine hut, offering a picturesque resting spot nestled in the mountains.

Further along the trail, approximately 1.33 kilometers from the beginning, you'll come across the Baita Paradiso restaurant, where you can refuel with some delicious sustenance before continuing your adventure. As you approach the midway point of the hike, at around 3.69 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Costabela saddle, providing stunning panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty.

Continuing on, you'll reach the peaks of Gran Laste and Cima de Campagnacia, offering breathtaking vistas of the landscape below. Near the peaks, you'll find the Ricovero Austriaco and Ricoveri austriaci shelters, providing a place to rest and take in the serene atmosphere of the mountains.

Finally, as you make your way back towards the trailhead, you'll encounter the Banch de la Campagnacia information point, offering insights into the local flora, fauna, and history of the area.
