This hiking route takes you through the stunning terrain of Ombreta Orientale, offering a challenging experience for seasoned hikers.

Starting at the parking lot, you will begin your journey towards Ombreta Orientale. Along the way, you will pass by Agriturismo Malga Ciapela, a welcoming restaurant where you can fuel up before the trek. Further along the trail, you will come across Rifugio Onorio Falier, an alpine hut offering a cozy retreat.

As you continue on, be sure to visit Pas de Ombreta, a picturesque saddle with breathtaking views. For nature enthusiasts, a stop at the water source located 1.08 kilometers from the start will provide a refreshing break.

The trail becomes more challenging as you approach Ombreta Orientale, a peak located 6.63 kilometers from the start. The stunning views from the summit make the effort worthwhile.

Throughout the hike, keep an eye out for interesting landmarks like Bivacco Marco Dal Bianco, a shelter located 5.71 kilometers from the start, and the cave entrance located 3.34 kilometers from the beginning of the trail.
