This hiking route will take you through a beautiful alpine area, with stunning views and historical landmarks along the way. The total distance of the route is 5.905 kilometers with an elevation gain of 898 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge both your endurance and strength.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area which is conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. As you continue on, at a distance of 0.3 kilometers from the start, you will find the German Military Cemetery, a solemn memorial that provides a poignant reminder of the area's history.
Further along the trail, at 2.94 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Piz Boè, a natural highlight of the hike offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
After a challenging ascent, at 2.95 kilometers from the start, you will arrive at Rifugio Capanna Piz Fassa, an alpine hut where you can rest and refuel before heading back.
