This challenging hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Scheibelsee. The trail spans a distance of 8.889 kilometers with an elevation gain of 792 meters, so be prepared for a tough but rewarding trek.

Starting at the parking area, you'll begin your journey towards Scheibelsee. Along the way, you'll come across various points of interest. At around 3.96 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Schlattacher Joch saddle, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Further along the trail at 3.97 kilometers, you'll find an information point and a historic wayside cross, providing insight into the area's heritage.

As you continue your ascent, you'll encounter a picturesque spring at 3.66 kilometers and a picnic site at 2.07 kilometers. These spots offer a chance to rest and take in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Closer to the end of the trail, at 4.1 kilometers, you'll pass by a water feature before reaching Scheibelsee itself at 4.44 kilometers. Take a moment to appreciate the tranquil beauty of the lake before heading back along the same route.
