Hiking : Übelsee - Lago Malo

This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area around Übelsee - Lago Malo. The total distance of the hike is 9.5 kilometers with an elevation gain of 825 meters, making it a difficult trail that will take around 4 hours and 15 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will pass by the parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the trail. The trail will lead you past several points of interest, including Übelsee - Lago Malo and Scheibelsee, two picturesque lakes that are perfect for a rest stop or a quick swim. These lakes are located around the midway point of the hike, offering a peaceful spot to take in the surrounding scenery.

Further along the trail, you will come across Schlattacher Joch, a scenic saddle point with stunning views of the area. Nearby, you will also find an information point and a wayside cross, providing interesting insights into the history and nature of the region.

As you make your way back, consider stopping at the picnic site located about 2 kilometers from the start of the trail. It's a great spot to refuel and enjoy some food while taking in the views.
