This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you on a 11.193-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 665 meters, lasting approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes.

Starting at the trailhead, you'll be greeted with stunning natural surroundings before you embark on your adventure. Along the way, you'll encounter various points of interest:

- At the beginning of your hike, you'll come across a parking area conveniently located at the trailhead.
- About 4.74 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a water source just off the trail.
- Further along at 5.6 kilometers, there are more water sources for you to replenish your supply.
- Throughout your journey, you'll encounter historical sites such as the Christoffi-Kaue at 4.75 kilometers and the Fleischbank at 5.03 kilometers.
- At 4.78 kilometers, you'll spot the Pyramide Schneeberg monument.
- For informative stops, there are multiple information points along the trail, such as the Miniera di Monteneve and Schutzhütte Schneeberg - Rifugio Monteneve at 4.72 kilometers.
- If you're in need of a break, there are several dining options like the Obere Gostalm and Schneeberg restaurants along the way.
- Benches and rest areas are available at various points, including one at the trailhead.
- Towards the end of the trail at 4.9 kilometers, you'll find the Almhütte - Malga restaurant and the Winterraum wilderness hut.
