This challenging hike at Spieljoch offers a total distance of 11.176 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1181 meters, taking approximately 5 hours and 32 minutes to complete.

Starting at Spieljoch, you will first come across Laklü's Salettl, a pub located right by the trail. As you continue on, you will pass by Rofanseilbahn parking and various benches and picnic sites along the way.

Around the 3.41-kilometer mark, you will find the Erfurter Hütte, an alpine hut and restaurant, where you can take a break and enjoy a meal. Further along the trail, you will encounter the Berggasthof Rofan, another restaurant and alpine hut for refreshments.

As you reach the peak of Gschöllkopf at 3.81 kilometers, you can take in breathtaking views from the Adlerhorst Aussichtsplattform and Adlerhorst viewpoint.
