This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of O Porté, offering stunning views and a challenging trek.
You will start your journey at a parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the trail. As you make your way through the path, you will come across informative spots, providing you with interesting facts about the surroundings.
Around 0.39 kilometers into the hike, you will find Fuente Icona 1980, a natural spring where you can replenish your water supply. Continuing on, at approximately 1 kilometer from the start, you will encounter Embalse de Canal Roya, a water reservoir perfect for a scenic break.
Further along the trail, at 2.91 kilometers from the beginning, you will reach Cabaña de Las Menorías, a wilderness hut where you can rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. As you trek back, make sure to stop by O Chiniprés and O Porté, two peaks located at 4.85 and 5.17 kilometers respectively, offering breathtaking panoramic views.
With a total distance of 10.343 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1093 meters, this route is classified as difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
