The Camino del Burro hiking route is located in a challenging area with a distance of 14.386 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1225 meters. This extremely difficult route is expected to take around 6 hours and 23 minutes to complete.

As you begin your journey, you will come across the Chozo de Llós wilderness hut situated 3.92 kilometers from the starting point, offering a picturesque spot to rest and take in the surroundings. Further along the trail, at the 2.46 kilometer mark, you will reach Bustiello, a saddle point that provides a great vantage point for panoramic views.

Midway through the hike, at around 6.7 kilometers, you will encounter Collado del Burro, another saddle point along the trail. This is a perfect spot to catch your breath and admire the natural beauty of the area.

As you continue on your journey, you will find Fuente Vega de Llós, a spring located 4.11 kilometers from the start, providing a refreshing pit stop for hikers. Additionally, at 6.74 kilometers, Altos de la Canal offers a peak to conquer with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

To refuel and recharge, be sure to visit Bar El Pilo located close to the trail. Remember to bring an ample supply of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear for this challenging trek.
