This challenging 11.244-kilometer circular hiking route will take you to the breathtaking peak of Alto de Matasanos in the beautiful natural area. The trail starts at Aparcamiento Arroyo del Mediano, where you can park your vehicle conveniently at the beginning of the hike.

As you make your way through the trail, you will encounter several points of interest. Midway through the hike, you will reach Hueco de San Blas, where you can take a moment to enjoy the surroundings. Along the way, you will also pass by various peaks such as Collado de Matasanos and Alto de Matasanos, offering stunning panoramic views of the area.

With a total elevation gain of 858 meters, this hike is considered difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers. Make sure to bring plenty of water, wear sturdy hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.

At the end of the trail, after 4 hours and 44 minutes of hiking, you will reach the peak of Alto de Matasanos, where you can bask in the glory of your accomplishment and enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.
