This extremely difficult 16.5-kilometer out-and-back hiking route takes you through a stunning area with a total elevation gain of 1027 meters. The trail, starting from the Mirador de tres Vulcanos, offers breathtaking views and a variety of points of interest along the way.
At the beginning of the hike, you will come across the La Pulguit restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat before starting your adventure. As you trek further, you will pass by the Guarderia Control information point, providing you with useful insights about the area.
Midway through the hike, you will reach the Cascada Trufulco waterfall and the Nido de Aguila waterfall, offering a refreshing break and a chance to take in the natural beauty surrounding you. Further along the trail, you will encounter Lago Chico, a picturesque water body perfect for a peaceful moment of relaxation.
