This challenging hiking route takes you to the stunning Rifugio Bosio-Galli in a beautiful area surrounded by nature. The trail covers a distance of 9.17 kilometers with an elevation gain of 383 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding adventure.

Starting your hike, you will come across the Cometti alpine hut just 0.48 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a great spot to rest and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Further along the route, at 3.48 kilometers from the start, you will find a drinking water station to refill your water bottles.

As you continue on, at 4.12 kilometers from the start, there is another drinking water point though located slightly off the main trail. It's advisable to carry enough water from the previous station. Additionally, at 2.2 kilometers from the start, there is a natural spring where you can replenish your water supply.

The highlight of the hike is reaching Rifugio Bosio-Galli at 4.59 kilometers from the start. This alpine hut offers accommodation and serves as a perfect resting point before heading back on the out-and-back trail.
