This hiking route in the La Cigalière area is an extremely difficult 20.002-kilometer out-and-back trail with an elevation gain of 1385.0 meters that will take approximately 8 hours and 5 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you'll come across parking areas near the trail, making it convenient for you to park your vehicle. Around 5.49 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Cabane d Antenac Inferieur shelter where you can take a rest and enjoy the view. Continuing on, at approximately 6.18 kilometers, you'll reach the Cabane d Antenac Superieur shelter, another great spot to take a break.
Midway through the hike, at the 10-kilometer mark, you'll encounter La Cigalière peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. As you make your way back, you'll pass by the Pouy Guillé peak at 8.48 kilometers and the Sommet de Hourdouch peak at 8.91 kilometers. These peaks provide fantastic photo opportunities and a chance to appreciate the natural beauty of the area.
