This extremely difficult 18.644-kilometer out-and-back hiking route takes you to the breathtaking Hochfürleg destination. The trail offers a challenging elevation gain of 1413 meters, so be prepared for a strenuous adventure.

Starting at the parking area with no fees, you'll find the trailhead nearby. As you begin your journey, you'll encounter the Grünsee lake about 1.16 kilometers from the start, providing a picturesque spot for a quick rest.

Continuing along the trail, you'll pass by the Paletti restaurant, a great place to refuel and recharge. Further along, at the midway point, you'll find several water sources, perfect for replenishing your supplies.

As you approach the destination, at around 9.32 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Hochfürleg peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Throughout the hike, you'll come across various information points and benches for resting and learning more about the area. Make sure to bring enough water, snacks, and proper hiking gear for this challenging and long adventure.
