This extremely difficult 12.538-kilometer out-and-back hike on the Frommes Trail will challenge even the most experienced hikers. The trail begins at the Laudeggpark parking area and takes you through stunning alpine landscapes with a total elevation gain of 1035 meters.

As you start your journey, you'll pass by the Lader Weiher, a beautiful natural water feature just 0.03 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along the trail at 3.61 kilometers, you'll come across the Frommesalp restaurant, a perfect spot to refuel and take in the panoramic views.

Throughout the hike, you'll encounter several other points of interest, including the Castellino pub at 0.03 kilometers, various water sources, such as springs and fountains, and informational points with insights into the local area. The trail also offers benches for resting, viewpoints for spectacular photo opportunities, and even a farm shop called Bauernfenster for some local treats.
