This hike takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Puntarčič. The route is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 9.671 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1067 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge even experienced hikers.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail, just 0.81 kilometers from the starting point. This is a convenient spot to leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike. About midway through the hike, at 1.47 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Izvir Bele, a natural spring where you can replenish your water supply.

Continuing on, you will reach the peak known as Kladje, located just 0.81 kilometers from the start, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Further along the trail, at 4.24 kilometers from the start, you will reach another peak called Njivca, providing even more breathtaking views.

As you near the end of the hike, at 4.84 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Puntarčič, the final destination of the route. Here, you can take in the majestic scenery before heading back along the same trail.

It is important to note that this hike is challenging due to its length and significant elevation gain. Make sure to come well-prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.
