This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around D 911. The trail is 4.556 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 272 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is estimated to take around 1 hour and 44 minutes to complete.
As you start your hike, you will come across the Grotte des Eaux Mortes, a cave entrance located 0.88 kilometers from the start of the trail. Further along the way, at a distance of 1.88 kilometers, you will find the Grotte de Bange (Entrée sud), another cave entrance that is right on the trail.
At the 2.06-kilometer mark, you will pass by Le Bois du Banc, a scenic spot with information available for visitors to learn more about the area. Additionally, you will encounter Le Pont Du Diable, a tourist information spot with a website link for further details, located right at the start of the trail.
Along the route, you will find several viewpoints offering stunning vistas of the surrounding landscape. One of the viewpoints is located at 1.86 kilometers, while another is at 2.28 kilometers. At the same distance, you will come across a wayside cross and the ruins of the Château du Cengle, adding a touch of history to your hike.
Before reaching the endpoint, you will also pass by Grotte de Bange (Entrée nord), another cave entrance at 1.95 kilometers, and a viewpoint at 1.27 kilometers.
