This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Rombon. The total distance of the route is 9.703 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1478 meters, so be prepared for a challenging adventure. It is recommended to bring plenty of water and snacks, as well as checking the weather forecast before heading out.
As you start your hike, you will come across the parking area around 0.0 kilometers from the trail. About 0.18 kilometers from the start, you will find the Kegl - Sector A - Pod skokom climbing spot, perfect for climbing enthusiasts.
Halfway through the hike, at around 1.89 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point to learn more about the area. Continuing on, you will reach the Rombon peak at 4.85 kilometers from the start, offering stunning panoramic views of the surroundings. Another peak, Čukla, is located around 3.2 kilometers from the start, providing even more breathtaking views.
At 2.13 kilometers from the start, there are two cafes where you can take a break and refuel before the journey back. On your way back, at 0.75 kilometers from the start, you will find the Na vrh robu peak, completing your hiking experience in the Rombon area.
