This hiking route takes you through the scenic area around Pont de la Renaudière. The trail is 4.162 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 38 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. The estimated duration for this hike is approximately 1 hour and 3 minutes.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Bellecombe Parking area, located right at the beginning of the trail. Further along the path, about 0.99 kilometers in, you will find a beautiful water feature to admire. Continuing on, at the 2.03 kilometer mark, you will encounter the Refuge du Plan du Lac alpine hut, a great spot for a rest or a quick snack.

At about 2.08 kilometers into the hike, there is a viewpoint offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. Along the way, you will also find informative signposts providing details about the local flora, fauna, and history of the region. It is recommended to take water and snacks with you, as well as to check the weather forecast before setting out on your adventure.

The trail is an out-and-back route, so you will retrace your steps on the way back to Pont de la Renaudière. Keep in mind the various points of interest you passed on the way out, as they will provide a different perspective on your return journey.
