Hiking : Pico de l'Orbar

This extremely difficult circular hiking route covers a distance of 28.404 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1749 meters, taking approximately 10 hours and 56 minutes to complete.

Starting at Pico de l'Orbar, hikers will embark on a challenging journey through the picturesque landscape. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest.

Near the beginning of the trail, at a distance of 3.08 kilometers from the start, you will come across Camping Bielsa, a camping site where you can rest and recharge. As you continue your trek, you will reach Punta Maristás, a peak located 11.95 kilometers from the start, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings.

Midway through the hike, you will encounter Pico de l'Orbar, another peak situated 12.6 kilometers from the start. This point provides a perfect vantage point to admire the beauty of the area.

Additionally, a parking area is available at the trailhead, located right at the start point, allowing for easy access to the route.

Due to the length and elevation gain of the trail, hikers are advised to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and appropriate gear. It is also recommended to check the weather forecast before setting out on this challenging adventure.
