The trail is an out-and-back type and covers a distance of 18.519 kilometers with an elevation gain of 853 meters, making it extremely difficult in terms of difficulty. As you start your hike, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At around 9.26 kilometers from the start, you will find a water source. Further ahead, at 9.17 kilometers, another water spot is available for hikers to refill their bottles.
Continuing on the trail, at 5.83 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak called Pico de Carbajosa, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding area. As you hike further, you will encounter other peaks such as Alto Carbazal and Pico Valdeovejas, each offering unique views and challenges.
About 7.35 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a saddle known as Coḷḷá la Carbazosa, providing a resting point for hikers. Another saddle called Coḷḷá Valdeoveya can be found at around 7.84 kilometers from the start, offering a picturesque spot to take a break.
Near the end of the trail, at approximately 8.87 kilometers from the start, you will come across a saddle called Boquete las Rubias, offering a final resting spot before heading back.
