Welcome to the hiking route to la Sambue! This moderate 5.346-kilometer circular trail offers a scenic adventure through the beautiful area of la Sambue. The route has an elevation gain of 222 meters and is expected to take around 1 hour and 47 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning of the hike, you will find the Auberge de Roybon, a cozy alpine hut where you can grab a meal or stay overnight. Further along the trail, about 0.36 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Pot de l'Aygue, an information point to learn more about the area.

As you continue hiking, you will encounter the Pas de l'Ane information point at around 0.96 kilometers, followed by the Carrefour de Roybon information point at 0.28 kilometers. Along the way, you'll also find convenient facilities such as bicycle parking and parking areas for your convenience.

Midway through the hike, approximately 2.55 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of la Sambue, known as la Sambue, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. As you make your way back, make sure to stop by the Roybon information point at 0.03 kilometers from the start.
