This hiking route in the Cabane d Ardio - ustou - Chemin C. Bienvenu area offers a moderate challenge with a distance of 6.44 kilometers and an elevation gain of 238 meters. The circular trail will take approximately 2 hours and 5 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. About 0.8 kilometers from the start, you will encounter some interesting rock formations. Continuing on, at around 1 kilometer into the hike, you will reach the Cabane du Col de La Serre du Cot shelter where you can take a break and rest.

As you trek further along the path, you will find a spring located 0.55 kilometers from the start, providing a refreshing spot to refill your water bottle. At 0.78 kilometers, you will reach the scenic Col de la Serre du Cotch saddle, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Around 1.14 kilometers into the hike, there is another spring for you to enjoy. As you progress, you will encounter the Tuc des Courach peak at 1.54 kilometers, which is slightly off the trail. Additionally, at the same distance, you will find another saddle before reaching a peak at 1.09 kilometers from the start.

Further along the trail, at 3.05 kilometers, you will find another spring to replenish your water supply. Additionally, at 3.13 kilometers, there is another peak to explore before heading back to the starting point.
