This hiking route is located in the picturesque area surrounding Erbilarreta. The trail is a circular route covering a distance of 17.634 kilometers with an elevation gain of 589 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will take approximately 5 hours and 33 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you can explore Lantzeko Ostatua, a charming restaurant located just 0.15 kilometers from the trailhead. This is a great spot to fuel up before embarking on the challenging trek ahead. Along the way, you will pass by Urdanatz and Gurbaitz peaks at around 8.57 and 8.25 kilometers into the hike respectively, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty.

Around the midway point, at 4.72 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Dolmen Gereziain, an intriguing archaeological site that provides insight into the area's rich history. Further along the trail, at 7.67 kilometers from the start, you will reach Karatongo lepoa, a scenic saddle where you can take a break and admire the breathtaking vistas.

As you continue your journey, you will pass by Ikaztiko lepoa at 3.63 kilometers from the start, another lovely saddle offering a chance to rest and take in the scenery. Additionally, make sure to check out Barabarko lepoa at 4.72 kilometers from the start, which provides a perfect vantage point to appreciate the surrounding landscape.

Towards the end of the hike, at 8.77 kilometers from the start, you will reach Erbilarreta peak, offering a rewarding climax to your challenging adventure. Finally, as you make your way back, you can stop by Legarburu peak, located just 0.44 kilometers from the trailhead, before completing the circular route.
