This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding the Réservoir du Col de Lèche. The trail is an out-and-back route, with a total distance of 2.249 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you embark on your journey, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike. About 0.3 kilometers into the trail, there is a shelter called Refugio where you can take a break and rest.
Continuing along the path, you will encounter the Piedra de San Martin, an informative site about the area, located at about 0.34 kilometers from the start. Further along, at around 0.67 kilometers, you will find another shelter named Cabanon for additional resting spots.
One of the highlights of the hike is reaching the Col de Lèche at 1.12 kilometers, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Nearby, there is the Cabane d'Escuret shelter at around 0.47 kilometers from the start, offering another opportunity to take in the scenery.
As you make your way back, be sure to visit the Gouffre Fertel cave entrance located at approximately 0.4 kilometers from the start, adding an adventurous touch to your hike.
