This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Garbisa Oriental. The trail spans a distance of 7.308 kilometers with an elevation gain of 296 meters, making it a challenging but rewarding trek.

As you start your hike, you'll come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. This is a convenient spot to leave your vehicle before beginning your adventure. As you continue along the path, you'll reach Collado de Maz, a saddle located 1.43 kilometers from the starting point. This is a great place to take a break and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

Further along the trail, at 3.01 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the peak of Iturruburua. This vantage point offers stunning views of the area and is a perfect spot to capture some memorable photos. Just a bit further at 3.65 kilometers, you'll find the peak of Garbisa Oriental, the destination of this out-and-back route.

On your way back, you'll pass by La Contienda peak located 2.32 kilometers from the start. Although it's not directly on the trail, it's still worth checking out if you have the time.

Before embarking on this hike, make sure to pack plenty of water, as the trail can be strenuous. It's also a good idea to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure a safe and enjoyable trek.
