This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area of Tête des Blanches Roches. The 8.598-kilometer long trail offers an elevation gain of 214 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 2 hours and 31 minutes to complete.
Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Lac de la Maix, a tranquil lake perfect for a peaceful start to your hike. As you continue, you will come across Abri du Prayé, a shelter located 2.26 kilometers from the start, providing a nice resting spot with facilities.
For those driving to the trailhead, there is a parking area located right at the beginning of the trail. Additionally, 2.26 kilometers into the hike, you will find a drinking water point and a picnic site to refuel and refresh before continuing on your journey.
At the midway point of the trail, you will reach Tête des Blanches Roches, a peak offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. This makes for a perfect turning point to rest and enjoy the scenery before making your way back.
