This hiking route is set in a beautiful area with picturesque landmarks and challenging terrain. The trail is a circular route that covers a distance of 12.194 kilometers with an elevation gain of 191 meters, making it extremely difficult.
As you start your journey, you will come across a convenient parking area at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way through the hike, approximately 2.78 kilometers from the start, you will spot the majestic Château de Turquestein, a historical castle that adds a touch of charm to the surroundings.
Around 2.58 kilometers from the starting point, there is a viewpoint that offers a stunning panoramic view of the landscape. Additionally, at 2.91 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter La Roche des Fées, another captivating viewpoint that provides a unique perspective of the area.
Midway through the hike, at 5.95 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak known as Petit Rougimont, where you can revel in breathtaking views of the countryside. Continuing on, approximately 1.46 kilometers from the beginning, you will come across La Roche des Corbeaux, another peak that offers a different vantage point of the surroundings.
