Hiking : Mare de l'Espinas

This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Mare de l'Espinas. The trail is 5.603 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it a moderate difficulty hike suitable for most hikers.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Lac du Mas Neuf, a picturesque lake located 1.15 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Along the way, you will also find a bench at 0.67 kilometers, perfect for a rest stop and taking in the scenery.

Further into the hike, at 2.78 kilometers, you will reach the Mare de l'Espinas, the main destination of this circular route. Take some time to enjoy the peaceful surroundings before continuing on.

Throughout the hike, you will come across various points of interest such as the ruins at 2.49 kilometers and the Dolmen du Mas Neuf C archaeological site at 1.73 kilometers. While not directly on the trail, these sites are worth a visit if you have the time.
