This easy 4.9-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Mare de la Cléda. The trail starts at a convenient parking area and passes by L'Auberge du Cèdre, where you can stop for a meal. As you hike, you'll come across two picnic sites where you can take a break and enjoy the scenery.

About midway through the hike, you'll find a bench where you can sit and rest while admiring the views. Make sure to bring plenty of water with you, as there are no water sources along the trail. The route also passes by a historic wayside cross, adding to the charm of the area.

For those interested in exploring caves, there are two cave entrances along the trail - Calaven du Capucin and Grotte de Beaugrand. These are located a bit off the trail, so be prepared for a little detour if you want to visit them.

As you near the end of the hike, you'll reach Mare de la Cléda, a peaceful water feature that serves as the endpoint of the route. Take some time to relax by the water before heading back to the parking area.
