This extremely difficult 15.658 kilometers long hiking route will take you on a challenging journey through the scenic area of Latschberg. As you embark on this circular trail, you will encounter various points of interest along the way.

Starting at the parking area, you will soon come across the Bergalm pub, located 4.44 kilometers from the start. This alpine hut offers a cozy place to rest and grab a bite to eat. Continuing on, at 4.31 kilometers from the beginning, you'll find the Bayreuther Hütte alpine hut, where you can enjoy a warm meal and take in the stunning views.

As you trek further, at 2.19 kilometers from the start, a peaceful bench awaits for you to take a break and soak in the surroundings. Additionally, at 6.82 kilometers from the beginning, an information point provides valuable insights about the area.

Along the way, be sure to stay hydrated as drinking water is available at the 6.91-kilometer mark. If you're up for a challenge, consider making a detour to Latschberg peak, located 7.32 kilometers from the start. This natural wonder offers breathtaking panoramic views of the region.

It's important to note that the route also features natural springs and additional bench facilities for your convenience. However, be prepared for the demanding terrain and steep elevation gain of 1286 meters.
