This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area around Hinterkogel. The trail covers a distance of 5.907 kilometers with an elevation gain of 468 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is recommended to bring plenty of water and to check the weather forecast before heading out.

As you start your hike, you will come across Cafe Sonnleiten, located right at the beginning of the trail. About 0.08 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Gasthof Dorfwirt, a cozy restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat before continuing on your journey.

Along the way, be sure to stop by the peak of Spitzerköpfel, located 1.22 kilometers from the start of the trail. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area. Further along the trail, at about 0.94 kilometers in, there is a drinking water station where you can refill your water bottle.

Midway through the hike, at 2.34 kilometers from the start, you will find a bench where you can take a break and soak in the scenery. Towards the end of the trail, at 2.95 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Kleiner Kogel and Hinterkogel, two natural peaks that offer stunning views of the landscape.

At the end of the trail, you can rest and relax before making your way back. Remember to follow the trail markers and stay on the designated path. Enjoy your hike in the picturesque surroundings of Hinterkogel!
