This hiking route will take you to the beautiful Galtalm area. The trail is 3.606 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 78 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for hikers of all levels.
As you start your hike, you'll come across the Panoramasee, located just 0.19 kilometers from the start. This picturesque spot is perfect for a quick break to take in the stunning views. Further along the trail, at 0.15 kilometers from the start, you'll find a historic wayside cross and a bench where you can rest and enjoy the surroundings.
Around the midway point of the hike, approximately 1.8 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Galtalm. This rustic alpine hut and restaurant is a great place to stop for a meal and refuel before heading back.
Throughout the trail, you'll also encounter various benches for resting, information points for learning more about the area, and other attractions like the Schlicker Scheibe at 0.17 kilometers from the start.
Before embarking on this hike, don't forget to bring plenty of water, wear comfortable hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast.
