The trail starts at Ströden parking area, where you can leave your vehicle and begin your adventure. As you make your way along the route, you'll come across interesting points of interest such as rock formations, the Islitzeralm restaurant and alpine hut, and the Waldseilpark Großvenediger climbing area. Make sure to take a break at some of the benches along the trail to rest and take in the stunning views.
About 8.57 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach Rote Lenke saddle, offering a great vantage point to admire the surrounding landscape. Further along, at 9.03 kilometers, you'll find the Gösleswand peak, a perfect spot to take in panoramic views of the area.
