This extremely difficult hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Presa de Millares Alto (Ibón de Leners). With a total distance of 12.444 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1117 meters, this challenging trek is not for the faint of heart.
Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area (POI) right at the beginning of the hike, making it convenient for hikers to leave their vehicles before embarking on the journey. As you make your way along the trail, you will encounter an information point (POI) just 0.22 kilometers from the start, providing valuable insights into the area.
Midway through the hike, at around the 4.02-kilometer mark, you will discover the stunning Salto Engrotá waterfall (POI), offering a perfect spot to rest and take in the natural beauty surrounding you. Further along the trail, at 4.32 kilometers from the start, you will find Cabaña las Pardas, a wilderness hut (POI) where you can take a break and refuel before continuing on your journey.
