This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with some interesting points of interest along the way. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of approximately 1.397 kilometers and an elevation gain of 0.0 meters, making it super easy and suitable for hikers of all levels.
As you start your hike, you'll come across the archaeological site of "השער הכנעני," located right at the beginning of the trail. Further along, at around 0.23 kilometers from the start, you'll find the natural water feature "בריכת שכשוך" off the trail. It's a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Continuing on, at around 0.36 kilometers from the start, there is a drinking water station conveniently located on the trail. This is a perfect opportunity to refill your water bottle and stay hydrated throughout your hike. You'll also pass by a viewpoint called "תצפית האלה האטלנטית" around 0.39 kilometers from the start, offering stunning views of the Atlantic.
Midway through the hike, at approximately 0.54 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the natural spring "מעיינות דן" located just off the trail. Take some time to appreciate the natural beauty of this spring before continuing on.
Towards the end of the trail, at around 0.67 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the viewpoint of "תצפית המוצב." This is a great spot to admire the landscapes and take some breathtaking photos before concluding your hike.
Throughout the hike, you'll also come across various archaeological sites, benches for resting, and a parking area at the beginning of the trail. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate footwear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this scenic adventure. Enjoy your hike!
