This hiking route is located in the beautiful area of Tel Dan Nature Reserve. The trail is a super easy out-and-back route with a total distance of 0.754 kilometers and no elevation gain.
As you start your hike, you will come across "חניון שמורת תל דן" (Parking Lot) located just 17 meters from the trailhead. Further along the trail at around 0.38 kilometers, you will reach "תצפית האלה האטלנטית" (Atlantic Oak Viewpoint) offering stunning panoramic views of the area.
Around the same distance, you will also find "בריכת שכשוך" (Shakshuk Pool), a beautiful natural pool perfect for a refreshing break. Additionally, there are several archaeological sites nearby for history enthusiasts.
Throughout the trail, you will find resting spots with benches located at various points, providing a lovely place to relax and take in the surroundings. Remember to bring enough water and snacks as there is a drinking water station midway through the hike.
