This extremely difficult 12.639 km out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Punta di Ercavallo. The trail starts at a parking area near Pra del Rum, where you can find a picnic site to relax before starting your hike. Make sure to bring plenty of water as this challenging route includes an elevation gain of 1180.0 meters.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by various information points along the trail, providing insights into the area's history and natural landmarks. About 5.87 km into the hike, you'll come across Punta di Ercavallo, a majestic peak that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
