This extremely difficult 12.199-kilometer out-and-back hike to Punta Pedranzini offers a challenging adventure for experienced hikers. The route has an elevation gain of 1081 meters and is estimated to take around 5 hours and 31 minutes to complete.
Starting at the trailhead, you will first pass by a parking area at the beginning of the hike. Further along the trail, you will come across a memorial site, adding a touch of historic significance to your journey.
Around the 5.2-kilometer mark, you will reach Bivacco Seveso, a shelter where you can take a break and refuel before continuing on. As you progress, the trail will lead you to Pizzo Tresero, a notable peak situated 5.73 kilometers from the starting point, offering breathtaking panoramic views.
