This extremely difficult 18.206-kilometer circular hiking route in the Punta San Matteo area offers a challenging but rewarding experience for seasoned hikers. The trail starts at Parking Area with a fee, making it easy to access. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest such as Rifugio Ghiacciao dei Forni, an alpine hut located just 0.04 kilometers from the start, and Rifugio Stella Alpina, another alpine hut 1.06 kilometers into the route.

As you trek further, you will encounter natural wonders like Punta San Matteo, a peak at 8.51 kilometers from the trail start, Pizzo Tresero at 6.11 kilometers, and Cima Dosegù at 7.31 kilometers.
