This challenging 10.7-kilometer hiking route will lead you through a beautiful natural area with an elevation gain of 528 meters. The trail starts at a convenient parking area at the beginning of the route.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by a cozy pub, located just 26 meters from the trail, where you can grab a bite to eat or a refreshing drink before starting your hike. As you continue on, you will encounter the Günster Waterfall Zoo, located just 0.07 kilometers from the start of the trail. This unique attraction offers a chance to see and interact with various animals in a picturesque setting.

Further along the route, at around the 4.4-kilometer mark, you will come across a natural water source perfect for refilling your water bottle and taking a short break. At 5.4 kilometers, a second water source will be available for your convenience.

One of the highlights of this hike is the Günster Waterfall, located just 0.32 kilometers from the start of the trail. This stunning natural attraction is a perfect spot to pause and enjoy the beauty of the cascading water.

For those seeking panoramic views, two viewpoints, Markushöhe and another unnamed point, will offer breathtaking vistas of the surrounding landscape at 0.23 and 0.31 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, respectively.

Throughout the hike, you will find benches strategically placed along the trail, offering opportunities to rest and take in the tranquility of the surroundings.

As this is an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps on the way back, allowing you to enjoy the sights from a different perspective.
