This extremely difficult 12.108 km circular hiking route in the Punta della Barma area offers a challenging adventure for experienced hikers. With an elevation gain of 1105 meters, this trail will take you approximately 5 hours and 33 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, you'll find convenient parking facilities. As you begin your ascent, you'll pass by the Lago del Camino, a tranquil water body located 5.13 km from the start. Further along the trail at 3.91 km in, you'll come across a drinking water station, providing a much-needed refreshment stop.

Midway through the hike, at 5.5 km from the start, you'll reach the Colle della Barma saddle, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Nearby, you can explore the Via Fontainemore climbing site, located 5.5 km from the trailhead.

As you continue your journey, you'll encounter several dining options such as Trattoria Vittino and Ristorante La Fornace at the beginning of the trail. These establishments offer a perfect pit stop to refuel before forging ahead.

Along the route, you'll also find points of interest like the Parco Avventura Funive Oropa and the Targa Alpini memorial, providing insights into the area's history and culture.
