This hiking route takes you through the stunning area surrounding Cima d'Ala in Italy. With a total distance of 14.012 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1529 meters, this hike is classified as extremely difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
Starting at the trailhead, you will find a convenient parking area just 1.549 kilometers from the start. As you make your way along the trail, approximately 6.44 kilometers in, you will reach Punta del Cravile, a picturesque peak offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Continuing on, at around 7.01 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Cima d'Ala, another impressive peak that serves as the final destination of this out-and-back route.
Throughout the hike, you will also come across Bassa della Cavallina, a saddle located approximately 4.96 kilometers from the start. This area provides a great spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery before heading back along the same trail.
