This challenging circular hiking route follows the Brown Band in a stunning area with breathtaking scenery. The 8.43-kilometer trail features an elevation gain of 400 meters and takes approximately 2 hours and 57 minutes to complete.

At the beginning of the hike, you will come across Styhead Tarn, a picturesque water feature just 3.3 kilometers from the start. It's a great spot to take in the surrounding beauty and capture some stunning photos.

As you continue on, you will pass by a cozy cafe located 0.19 kilometers from the trail, perfect for a quick break and a snack. Further along the trail, you will encounter Taylorgill Force, a mesmerizing waterfall 1.86 kilometers from the start. It's a lovely spot to rest and enjoy the peaceful sound of cascading water.

Throughout the hike, ensure you stay hydrated by bringing an adequate amount of water with you. Check the weather forecast before heading out and dress appropriately for the conditions. Hiking poles may also be beneficial on this challenging terrain.
